Dear Sir/ Madame:

1. For your first visit you need to have my professional TCM consultation in order for me to analyze your diseases.

2. Before  consultation please provide me your signs and symptoms of your diseases.

3. Consultation fee: For the first visit $80.00 for 20 minutes, the time starting to count when the practitioner starting to have the announcement of your consultation, i will give you a professional receipt on each visit. Treatment Fee: Acupuncture Fee: $120.If you have financial problem i may give you a discount.

5. In incorporate other healing modalities, such as  Tui-Na Massage , cupping , the charges range from $30.00 to $80.00. Treatment time: 45 minutes.

6. Traditional Chinese Medicine : Determined according to the nature of your ailments, price are various, the patients will be notify the price before your treatment.

7. I treat patients by appointment only. Since I am semi-retire now and also as a senior citizen who is 71 years old.

8. I need 24 hours ahead notice for your appointment cancellation &/or changes except incase of bad weather or otherwise there will be charge .

Suggestions to help your healing:
*  Sleep early , around 10:30 PM are recommend.
*  Avoid cold food and drink, stress.
*  Remove the recreational drugs, smoke from your life.
